Dr. Matthew Priddy has been practicing private medicine since 2003, and is the President of Indianapolis-based Priority Physicians. Priority Physicians is one of the largest private medicine practices in the Midwest with two locations and seven physicians currently. He has served multiple roles nationally in the American Academy of Private Physicians, and served as its President from 2013-2015. He is currently active with the Direct Primary Care Coalition and has traveled to Washington on multiple occasions to lobby for legislation that encourages alternative payment models in the delivery of primary care. Dr. Priddy is also a member of the AAFP, Indiana State Medical Society, and Indianapolis Medical Society. He serves on the Indianapolis board for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was named their Man of the Year award recipient in 2014. Dr. Priddy attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana before moving 60 miles north to attend the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his training in Family Medicine at St. Vincent hospital, where he served as chief resident in his final year.
