How it works

Step One

If you’re away from home and need access to medical care, you contact your home concierge or membership medicine physician for help.

Step Two

Your physician will access ROAMD’s proprietary tech platform to connect you securely to a ROAMD member physician nearby.

Absolutely. The only thing worse than feeling sick when traveling is knowing that a loved one is away from home and feeling the same. As long as they are also members at your practice and 18 or older, just enter their info at sign-up.

We can’t guarantee a timeframe, but know that our network is built by members who are committed to extraordinary access to patient care. They know you don’t feel good and they want to remedy that, ASAP.

ROAMD’s mission is to provide travel assurance around the globe. And while not every city has a private medicine physician that lives up to our standards, our network does strive to provide access to care (whether it’s sharing local knowledge about urgent care options or speaking to experiences with different specialists) in most locations.
